Weekly Check
• Refrigerator/freezer
• Water heater
• Water softener
• Exterior doors, windows, gates
• Appearance of swimming pool and/or spa
• Smoke and CO alarm batteries
• AC/Heating
• Exterior aesthetics, such as landscape maintenance
• Ceilings, walls, floors, cabinets, closets, and under sinks and around windows for pests/insects, leaks or stains

FEE STRUCTURE PER MONTH FOR "4" WEEKLY VISITS:
1. _____ $80 for condominiums
2. _____ $100 for townhomes/single-family homes

• Monthly fee adjusted if home visit is not required for one or more weeks.

• Minimum 2 consecutive weeks required

Weekly Duties
• Run all faucets and flush toilets
• Run dishwasher in rinse mode monthly and run garbage disposal
• Pick up and discard unwanted leaflets, door hangers, newspapers, etc
• Pick up and forward mail if requested
• Water indoor plants if requested but not responsible if plants die
• Start cars if requested
• Put out trash and recycle bins if needed

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AS REQUESTED:
___ Start car(s): $10 per month
___ Drive car $25 per month
___ Referrals for repairs and maintenance, e.g., pest control, cleaning, pool, landscape
___Open house for monthly pest control visits
___Golf Cart service – charging, moving in & out, and adding water - $10 per month
___ Emergency trips, coordinating deliveries, run errands, etc., $25 per hour
___ Forwarding mail ($25 plus cost of postage)
___ Replace smoke and CO2 batteries ($25 plus cost of batteries)
___ Change air filters under 12' ceilings ($25 plus cost of filters)
___ Add salt to water softener ($25 plus cost of salt)
___ Lysol or preferred cleaner for toilets ($25 plus cost of product)
No charge if homeowner provides supplies
